Dropoff Named as a Winner in the 2017 Austin A-List Awards

We’re proud to announce that we’ve be chosen as one of Austin’s hottest startups in the annual Austin A-List Awards, hosted by the Austin Chamber of Commerce (through its Innovate Austin initiative) and South by Southwest.

The annual event took place Thursday night at ACL Live at the Moody Theater, where winners were revealed.

Nearly 200 companies were nominated this year.  A panel of independent judges reviewed all of them and chose 17 winners across the three categories: Emerging, Growth, and Scale. We’re thrilled to have been chosen as a winner in the Growth category, along with Aceable, Digital Pharmacist, High Brew Coffee, Opcity, and Tenfold. 

Nominees included companies in industries ranging in everything from technology to consumer goods, proving that the Austin ecosystem is suitable for businesses in a variety of industries to grow and flourish.

Jonathan Packer, Interim Senior Vice President of Global Technology and Innovation, Austin Chamber, said this, “High growth startups play an important role in Austin’s economic success. Through entrepreneurship, Austin has become an established center of innovation, with companies operating in myriad traditional and emerging industries. This year’s A-List Award winners are a great reflection of what is happening in Austin broadly. We are thrilled to recognize an outstanding group of Austin’s most innovative startups.”
