The idea for Dropoff was born of real world frustration when Sean had a lackluster experience with a local courier. After having to call to confirm that his time-sensitive and confidential package was delivered, Sean was surprised to find that very few couriers provided delivery confirmations and virtually none offered real-time package tracking. Convinced there was a better way to do same-day business deliveries, Sean gathered former colleague Christian and together, with their combined experiences and backgrounds, they set out to create a new, “21st century” courier company.
Lisa leads and executes all of
Zaz is responsible for building long-lasting strategic partnerships between Dropoff and Fortune 500 companies. She has spent her career helping startups build growth-generating relationships with enterprises - from new product integrations to new sales channels. Prior to Dropoff, Zaz spent three years at Spredfast (formerly Mass Relevance), building their business development practice and coordinating their M&A efforts. She was previously the Director of Business Development at Austin Ventures, Texas’ largest and most active venture fund. Zaz earned her MBA and MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Texas
Kezia is responsible for Dropoff’s product management practice, working directly with the engineering team to build strategic products that innovate the logistics space and advance Dropoff initiatives. She has spent her career building software with a focus on B2B and Enterprise. Prior to Dropoff, Kezia served as e-commerce consultant at Optaros (now part of MRM MCann) building e-commerce sites for companies such as Coach, Nestle, and Ralph Lauren, and as Director of Product at uShip, where she built a European logistics platform in partnership with DB Schenker. Kezia earned her BA from St. Mary's University and a certificate in Product Design & Development from Cornell University. Kezia is passionate about traveling the world and building and designing furniture and living spaces.
At Dropoff, Sarah leads everything from recruiting the best talent to fostering an exceptional culture to support our employees. She has years of experience in recruiting, human resources, and culture development. Sarah started her career as an intern in the Office of Media Affairs at the White House. She continued to fuel her 'people passion' while working as a news desk assistant at a TV station in Houston before transitioning into human resources & recruiting. Most recently, she was a Regional Recruitment Manager at K&L Gates LLP, leading recruiting efforts for their Texas offices. Sarah earned a BA in Journalism from the University of Texas, Austin. Sarah enjoys running, trying new restaurants, and listening to live music around town.

Jay heads all of Dropoff’s finance activities pertaining to financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and investor communications. Previously, Jay was an investment professional at Investcorp Credit Management and its predecessor companies, covering the retail, consumer, and transportation sectors. Prior to that, he worked in various roles at Goldman Sachs including principal investing, advisory, and the corporate treasury. Jay has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from New York University, an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, and two very active children who keep him on his toes.
Stewart leads Dropoff’s account management and operational efforts to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Previously, he led Client Services at TurnKey Vacation Rentals, helping establish TurnKey as a top 5 vacation rentals property management company in the US. He also served as Director of Commercial Relations and Client Partner at Bazaarvoice. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Journalism-Advertising degree from the University of Missouri, and MA/MBA degrees from the University of Texas, Austin. He is a husband and proud father of two boys, and enjoys watching them make music and compete as swimmers. Stewart enjoys playing the trumpet, traveling, gardening, and struggling with the great game of golf.
Sean has spent his career driving growth and innovation for leading technology and media companies. Sean co-founded GameFly, Inc., which pioneered the video game rental subscription business and was backed by Sequoia Capital and Tenaya Capital. There he led marketing, business development, mobile strategy, digital distribution, ad sales, content and M&A efforts. Prior, he was an Online Producer at The Walt Disney Company and a New Media Agent at Creative Artists Agency. Sean attended University of Southern California and holds a B.A. in Film Theory and Criticism from San Francisco State University. Sean is married to his college sweetheart, and loves watching his two daughters play competitive sports and ride horses.
Algis heads engineering at Dropoff. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Algis began his career in academia at NCSA, conducting research and development on the Mosaic browser and Habanero framework. Algis then moved to senior engineering roles at Cisco Systems, where he learned the intricacies of enterprise software development. Technical leadership roles at startups Socialware and Vobi have rounded out over 20 years of experience, providing a unique perspective on the technical requirements, innovative approaches, and pragmatic decision making required to deliver a successful software platform. When not building the future of same-day delivery, Algis enjoys traveling to mountains and beaches, cooking, Legos, and live music.
