Vetted, Professional Drivers

Before someone can wear the Dropoff uniform, they need to go through a seven-day vetting process. This includes written tests, in-person interviews, in-person training, and multiple background checks. We ensure that our drivers are HIPAA certified and bloodborne pathogen certified as well. They're regularly evaluated by our customers and reviewed by us to ensure they remain in line with our demanding criteria.

same-day Delivery for Diagnostic Company

About

Biodesix is a leading data-driven diagnostic solutions company helping answer critical clinical questions faced by physicians, researchers, and biopharmaceutical companies, with a primary focus on lung disease.

What we do for them:

Dropoff helps Biodesix with transporting Covid-19 swabs. Mainly, this is a nasal swab shipped in small biohazard baggies. They are transported in coolers. The other regular pick that we run is about taking medical kits at a local substation and driving them to the office. Those packages contain whole blood as well as dry patient serum.

"We found that shipping through FedEx was going to take a whole extra day to turnaround on our testing time. Another big issue with our current services is that the drivers themselves were dropping packages unprofessionally.

So, we have actually ceased all services with other couriers and are strictly using Dropoff for our direct local courier services. We felt like a very welcomed customer and were impressed with the great level of flexibility on the Dropoff site."
