How to Place Orders on the Dropoff Platform




The Dropoff platform was built to be user-friendly and easy-to-use.


Whether we serve you locally or in multiple locations across the U.S., our goal is to always make deliveries as effortless as possible.

Step 1: Give us your location information

  • Enter a pickup and delivery location (or use your Dropoff address book)
  • Provide an email address for delivery status updates
  • Add any special instructions you want the driver to see

Step 2: Provide details on your order

Enter details and any requirements about your order, including:

  • The delivery window (ASAP, 2-hour, 4-hour, All-Day)
*Keep in mind deliveries are picked up and dropped off at anytime within the time window you choose
  • Additional requirements (photo or signature verification, if you need a larger vehicle, signature requirements, etc.)
  • The quantity and weight of the items
  • Options for barcode validation
Step 3: Review the details of your order

Before submitting, review the details you provided and hit “SUBMIT.” At that point, you can view your assigned driver and track your order in real-time.

Once your order is delivered, you can leave feedback on your delivery experience.

Select as many of the descriptors shown that apply to your experience. For any other comments, we’ve included a text area. We value your feedback and ratings! They will help us serve you better.

  • Manage your address book
  • Follow the status of an order
  • Review past orders
  • Get a quick quote on a potential order
  • Review your delivery data on the customer dashboard
  • Access copies of your invoice
