Late last week, we took an important step by enabling all support staff members in our Austin, Dallas and Atlanta offices to work from home. As everyone relocated their desks home, we were able to carry on business as usual through the transition. In fact, yesterday we recorded our highest Monday business volume ever, while also achieving superior on time delivery rates.
We’re all doing our part to be responsible citizens while also serving the needs of our customers. Many of these customers have never had a greater need for our support.
