As we continue to work through this unprecedented time in history, we wanted to let you know we continue to monitor the news coverage on all the actions being taken both locally and nationally to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus. We’re also getting a clearer picture of how this situation is affecting businesses large and small across the country.

We’d like to assure all of you in our driver community that the need for our services has never been greater, and delivery order demand through this period has been steady. Dropoff management commitment to the business is unwavering, and you should expect the same level of support and business continuity from us that you’ve always had.

Late last week, we took an important step by enabling all support staff members in our Austin, Dallas and Atlanta offices to work from home. As everyone relocated their desks home, we were able to carry on business as usual through the transition. In fact, yesterday we recorded our highest Monday business volume ever, while also achieving superior on time delivery rates.

We’re all doing our part to be responsible citizens while also serving the needs of our customers. Many of these customers have never had a greater need for our support.
