Can I create my own account on the Dropoff website?

We like our first time customers to talk to one of our representatives to set up new accounts! To do so, please fill out our Sales Form or call 1-888-Dropoff, ext 2 to quickly set up an account with us!

What are your hours of operation?

We are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our regular business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you need an order place outside these hours, please call our Customer Service team at 1-888-DROPOFF, ext 1 (After hour rates may apply).

Is using Dropoff secure and safe?

Between Dropoff’s real-time tracking on every delivery and our background checked drivers, we provide the ultimate security for your delivery.  

Our drivers are :

  • HIPPA certified 
  • Wear uniforms
  • Drive branded vehicles
  • Carry 4 levels of insurance
  • Thoroughly screened with federal and local background checks, as well as DMV history reports

 

How do I set up a delivery?

1. Log into your Dropoff account on our website to view the Order page.

2. Add your specific order details.

3. Review you order and click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button.

How do I tip my driver?

If you enjoyed your Dropoff experience and would like to tip your driver, please call Customer Service at 1-888-DROPOFF, ex1 to have that additionally added to your delivery.

How can I get a price estimate for my delivery?

For potential clients, please fill out our Sales Form or call 1-888-DROPOFF, x2 to discuss a customized price estimate with one of our representatives

For current clients, please log into your account via our Client Site and use the Quick Quote tool to get an accurate price estimate. 


Additionally, if you start a delivery through our order form and enter the address and package information, you will have a chance to review the cost, estimated delivery time, and other details before placing your order.

What kind of vehicles does Dropoff have?

We have a range of small, medium, and large vehicles. Large cargo vans are available upon request to accommodate large deliveries. To set up a large van with your delivery call 1-888-DROPOFF, x1 or email support@dropoff.com regarding any deliveries you think will require special accomodations.

How can I become a driver?

To become a driver with Dropoff, please visit our Become a Driver page and click on the city you are located in to fill out an application. We thank you for your interest!
